This approach keeps things simple and efficient by assigning each core function, such as tasks, notes, or projects, to its own dedicated database. No duplicates, no scattered information, just a clean, centralized system that work for you.

Making It Even Easier with Naming Conventions

Here’s a trick I use to stay super organized: consistent, clear database names.

Inspired by web design logic, I name my databases like this:

For example, in my workspace, Brad’s Homebase, my tasks database is named:

And in our business workspace, The Productive Pathway, our tasks database is named:

This little trick keeps everything easy to find, no matter where I am – desktop or mobile.
