The Make With Notion event left us all buzzing with excitement, and for good reason. Notion announced some of the most significant updates in Notion’s history.

I'm glad to share those with you now.

🔑 Key Highlights

• Confirmed Offline Mode – This long-awaited holy grail of features is finally on its way. Notion anywhere, anytime, coming soon.
• Notion Mail (Alpha) – Email will be able to be managed right inside Notion, and is currently in testing.
• Forms for All – Notion Forms are now available to everyone! Collecting information has never been easier.

With these new tools, Notion is positioning itself as a powerhouse in tech, blending the best features from platforms like Google and Microsoft.

Think about the synergy in these tools. Soon you’ll be able to send an email with Notion Mail, connect a Notion Form to collect information, schedule a call directly to Notion Calendar, and see it organized however you like in Notion.

What happens when this flow becomes the norm?

When more people feel the power of Notion, the digital landscape will change forever.

🎓 Weekly Learning Exclusive

Notion is evolving fast, and the Make With Notion event showcased some of the most exciting updates to date.

This event wasn’t just for Notion employees, it was a historic event for us too.

Notion is much more than just a productivity tool now. Notion is becoming a truly impressive force in the digital space.

Here’s what’s coming to transform how we work:

• Offline Mode: The upcoming offline mode opens up new possibilities for accessing your workspace even when you’re away from Wi-Fi or data. This means Notion will now support travel workers without a problem. Think of the possibilities!
• Notion Mail: Currently in its alpha stage, Notion Mail will let you handle email directly within Notion. It’s incredible. Send, receive, and organize emails in our favorite format, right next to your projects, notes, and other databases. Say goodbye to apps switching, say hello to an all-in-one digital office.
• Notion Forms: With Notion Forms now available to everyone, collecting data is easier than ever. Forms have always been a powerful tool for anyone working with clients, team members, or events. From intake forms to surveys, it’s all in your Notion workspace. What’s not to love?
• Other Updates: On top of my favorite three, a new template Marketplace has been released, custom Layouts for database pages are open to the public, and automations can now accept formulas. These are arguably the most impressive, but that’s up for debate. It’s all ready to use inside our favorite tool.

These massive jump toward becoming a true all-in-one workspace mean it’s set to compete with tools like Google and Microsoft.

With the power to centralize all operations, communication, and organization in one place, Notion is shaking the tech landscape with every move.
